Michael David Commercial respects your privacy. By opting into our SMS messaging service, you agree to the
following terms regarding how we handle your data

when you sign up for SMS updates. The information will be collected via the website contact form.

MESSAGE AND DATA RATES MAY APPLY. Your mobile carrier may charge fees for sending or
receiving text messages, especially if you do not have an unlimited texting or data plan.

receive a final SMS to confirm you have unsuscribed and we will remove your number from our list
within 24 hours

Non-Sharing Clause: We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Michael David Commercial will not sell, rent, or share the collected mobile numbers

CANCELATION POLICY & FEES

If you cancel photography/videography appointments for any reason (including inclement weather) less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, you will be responsible for paying a $75 cancelation fee to cover the cost of the photographer/sub-contractor who has allotted time in their work schedule for your appointment.

If you request photography/videography of the interior of a property but ask MDP to return to the property on another day for exterior photography/videography for any reason (including inclement weather), you will be responsible for paying a rescheduling fee of $75 to cover the cost of the photographer/sub-contractor returning to the property.

*To avoid last-minute cancelation fees due to inclement weather, MDP suggests keeping an active eye on weather forecasts for your property location.

If you need additional photography/videography of a property that we have already provided services for, you will be responsible for scheduling an additional appointment and paying a fee based on scope of work. In the event MDP did not capture required photos/video you requested in advance, MDP will return to the property at no additional cost

Production Information

All photos will be delivered to you the next business day prior to 11AM in most cases. Videos, social media reels, and special photo editing including digital staging/renovation/decluttering may take up to 48 hours. MDP will notify you if delays are expected.

We collect opt-in verbally from our customers. They can opt-in to receive messages either in person at our physical location, or over the phone if they call our business.
